Really good Stay with Unparalleled Comfort!

I had an comfortable stay! The spacious Premium Room provided a restful ambiance, ideal for a solo traveler. Enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet with a variety of wholesome dishes. Don't miss the rooftop pool for a refreshing dip!

It was a beautifully restored and modern place. The food was lovely and the location was particularly good. Plus, main attraction such as a cubical shrine was 2 km from this hotel. The roof top bar was available on the premises. Enjoyed our time here.

Location adjacent to factories, centre of city, and Navi Mumbai. A safe, iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card available in the single room.

Rooftop gym offers great views. Rooms exude a modern charm that's appealing.

Gym's terrace location makes it unbearably hot during peak hours. Room service lacked efficiency, with delays in taking orders. Laundry turnaround time was excessively long, causing inconvenience.

Location: the hotel was very close to the restaurant. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, climate control, coffee/tea making machines and ironing facilities.

The staff are exceptionally kind, hotel is special, breakfast is satisfactory. An a single room has basic facilities you need. It's exceptionally nice as was rest of property. The location is great, 2 miles from Sri Ayyappa Temple.

great service but minor cleanliness issues

Mr Sukh was courteous, always greeting guests with a smile. The rooftop area offered fine views. The hotel's ambiance was well-designed and provided a refreshing atmosphere, particularly in common areas.

I noticed the corner of my room had some dust accumulation that needed attention, disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

The rooftop restaurant had a lovely ambiance and the staff there were attentive and friendly, providing great service .

The cleanliness of the room was concerning. We encountered mold on the light fixtures and some surfaces that needed attention.

Great rooftop pool but the paid airport shuttle was pricey for the distance.

I had a pretty great stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which really made a difference. Folks like Lama, Youna, Dipesh, Pooja, Yogesh. Room service was prompt, the breakfast spread was impressive with loads of options, and I adored the poolside snack bar. the location is quite convenient for highway travelers, but probably not ideal for someone wanting to explore Mumbai.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. the check-in process was a bit slow, and I think it would benefit from a more streamlined approach.

special shoutout to lama, youna, dipesh, puja, yogesh, and sheldon - they made everything better! on the downside, the in-house dining. never responds at all. 🚫

Vivanta Navi Mumbai Turbhe is an absolutely amazing and clean place that deserves a higher star rating. Everything here is perfectly fine. the staff is well-mannered and excellent. the rooftop bar offers outstanding food and drinks, making it a fantastic spot to unwind.

We really enjoyed our time here; it has a unique charm. the staff is super friendly and very attentive. the rooftop bar is a highlight, serving delicious food and drinks. 🍹.

The breakfast spread here is fantastic and the staff are exceptionally polite.

the room service was slow. but the rooftop pool view was stunning and the staff were truly attentive, especially at the cafe. we enjoyed a fantastic culinary experience during the buffet festival.
